  2. Step two

    See the room

Come by in person or get a video walk-through. Go over the rent, the house rules and anything else on your mind.

Sign, move in and set your bag down. The light's already on.

About the owner

Run by a person, not a company.

Jemar House is a small, personally run home. Rodrick Burgess answers the phone, shows the rooms and is there when something needs fixing. If you're a veteran, a case manager, or someone who just needs a door to close behind them, he'd like to hear from you.
